What happens once I order?

Once you have submitted your image and placed your order, with your chosen diamond shape. We will map your image, for placement of the diamonds, onto a canvas. We will then sort and organise the diamond pellets you need so when you come to stick them on the canvas, you have the correct amount and know where to place them.

What if I am missing some diamonds?

We try our hardest to make sure the diamond pellets we have sent in your order, match the amount you need. There is nothing more annoying than missing a few pellets - causing your painting to be delayed. However, on the chance that this will happen, please get in touch with us with the codes that you need, we will then send out the diamonds you need to complete the picture.
